Venus Protocol has confirmed that it has no exposure to rsETH and has not incurred any bad debt, ensuring user funds remain secure. The announcement, made via a post on X, follows recommendations from risk management partner Allezlabs. As a precaution, Venus Protocol has temporarily set the collateral factors for six assets—USDe, sUSDe, SolvBTC, xSolvBTC, USD1, and XAUM—to zero.
Users can still repay and withdraw these assets directly through the Venus user interface. The platform has assured users that updates will be provided once the collateral ratios are restored to normal levels.
