Venus, a decentralized lending protocol, has proposed the removal of BETH, MATIC, and the expired PT-USDe-30OCT2025 markets from its BNB Core Pool. The BETH market, paused since 2023, will be fully removed with its loan-to-value (LTV) ratio set to 0%. MATIC will be phased out in favor of POL, with its LTV, supply, and borrowing caps set to 0, and its oracle updated to Chainlink $POL. The PT-USDe-30OCT2025 market, expired on October 30, 2025, will also be removed. This proposal aims to enhance the pool's efficiency and security by eliminating inactive or expired markets.
