The hacker behind last year's $40 million UXLINK exploit has opened a long position of 30,282 ETH—valued at approximately $70.25 million—on the perpetual DEX Hyperliquid. The entry price sits at $2,134 per ETH, leaving the wallet with an unrealized profit of $5.62 million as of October 27. On-chain analyst Yu Jin confirmed that the funding source address shares direct fund overlap with previously identified UXLINK hacker addresses.
Following the consolidation of 11.54 million USDC in early August, the hacker began actively trading ETH on Hyperliquid. The account has won five out of six trades to date, accumulating a total realized profit of $5.71 million from its recent derivatives activity.
