Decentralized stablecoin USDD celebrated the first anniversary of its 2.0 upgrade, which was completed on January 25, 2024. Since the upgrade, USDD's total value locked (TVL) has surpassed $1.4 billion, with a circulating supply exceeding $1.1 billion. The yield-generating sUSDD has a TVL of over $324 million, and the project has reached over 462,000 wallet addresses. Cumulative earnings from its Smart Allocator have topped $9.5 million, with approximately $20 million distributed to the community over the past year. To commemorate these milestones, USDD is launching a community event with a prize pool of 5,000 USDD, featuring activities such as proposal suggestions, story sharing, and AMA series, starting January 26, 2026. The project plans to shift from incentive-driven to usage-driven growth, introducing a points program, DAO governance, and product iterations. USDD aims to continue prioritizing security, transparency, and sustainability in its DeFi innovations.
