USDC's circulating supply increased by $400 million over the past week, according to official data. Circle issued $5.2 billion in USDC and redeemed $4.8 billion, resulting in the net increase. The total circulating supply now stands at $79.1 billion, backed by reserves of approximately $79.4 billion. These reserves include $45.3 billion in overnight reverse repurchase agreements on U.S. Treasuries, $21.7 billion in U.S. Treasuries with maturities under three months, $11.8 billion in deposits at systemically important institutions, and $600 million in other bank deposits.
