The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has added 518 Bitcoin addresses to its Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list. These addresses have collectively received around 249,800 BTC and sent out 239,700 BTC, resulting in a net holding of approximately 9,306 BTC, valued at about $707 million at current market prices. This move is part of ongoing efforts to curb illicit financial activities involving cryptocurrencies.
