This follows a similar investment made in July 2025, also reported at a maximum of $250,000. Biggs is recognized by Coinbase's Stand With Crypto Alliance as a strong supporter of cryptocurrency, having backed several related bills in the House, including the CLARITY Act and the GENIUS Act.
