This move will increase the government's total Bitcoin holdings to 324,625 BTC, worth $36.48 billion. The stolen Bitcoin was moved about a year ago. In an effort to recover the funds, LuBian spent 1.4 BTC, equivalent to $157,000, on 1,516 on-chain transactions, each containing messages pleading for the return of the stolen assets.
