The US government has transferred 4,036 ETH, valued at approximately $7.22 million, from a forfeited wallet associated with the defunct BTC-e exchange to a new address. This transaction was detected by on-chain analyst Onchain Lens at 1:53 AM Beijing Time on July 11. BTC-e, a cryptocurrency exchange, was shut down by US authorities in 2017 due to allegations of money laundering, leading to the arrest of its operators.
