The sources said the two sides are expected to announce the agreement in the coming days. Based on the Islamabad memorandum, negotiations and a round of technical meetings will begin. Earlier reports said Iran would not reopen the Strait of Hormuz immediately and would finalize a new permanent shipping route with Oman within 60 days.
