The company is reportedly negotiating an additional $180 million to $200 million funding round. The company, spun out of Auradine (now Velaura AI), is led by industry veterans Barun Kar and Rajiv K, who bring extensive experience from their previous roles. Upscale AI is addressing the synchronization and bandwidth challenges in AI computing clusters with its innovative SkyHammer chip architecture and Open Ethernet network solutions. These technologies aim to enhance the efficiency of AI networks by enabling deterministic, synchronized, and high-throughput communication, crucial for handling large-scale AI workloads.
