Upbit has announced the launch of its HODLer airdrop and the listing of the GAS token, which is the native token of the NEO blockchain. The airdrop is scheduled for April 25, 2026, at 05:00 (UTC+8). Only members who have completed identity verification will be eligible to receive the GAS airdrop, and balances will not reflect the airdrop until verification is complete.
A snapshot for the airdrop will be taken between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM on April 24, 2026. The distribution of the airdrop is expected to be completed within 24 hours. The GAS token is used to pay for network transaction fees and smart contract execution fees on the NEO blockchain.
