A new Uniswap V4 hook is being developed to automatically distribute OUSD rewards to liquidity providers. Labs is building the integration in collaboration with Open Standard to streamline incentive distribution directly within the protocol. OUSD is currently live across the protocol, apps, and API, though the complete technical design for the hook has not yet been released. The upcoming feature aims to enhance liquidity provider yields through automated reward mechanisms on Uniswap's latest infrastructure.
