UniSat has confirmed that its wallet and platform have not been compromised following an investigation into a recent user asset loss case. The company stated that the incident was isolated, with no other users affected. The investigation suggested that the user's browser extension or remote device access might have been compromised. UniSat emphasized that it cannot access user funds or private keys and lacks the authority to freeze assets, but it will cooperate with law enforcement. In response to the incident, UniSat noted that the stolen assets involved BRC-20 tokens, which can be traded on PizzaSwap. To mitigate further risks, PizzaSwap will restrict operations of known hacker addresses, including swaps, liquidity increases, and withdrawals, to prevent contamination of other UTXOs by those containing stolen assets.
