UniSat has unveiled a comprehensive system upgrade for its Ordinals platform, focusing on enhancing infrastructure and product experience. The upgrade, which will be implemented over the coming weeks, includes improvements to the indexing layer, protocol support, product layer, and API layer. This initiative aims to standardize and improve on-chain data expression within the Ordinals ecosystem. Key enhancements include upgrading the Ordinals indexing to the latest version to bolster stability and scalability, and supporting the newly introduced Traits feature for attribute-based transaction filtering. The UniSat Wallet will soon allow imports from other major wallets, while the UniSat Marketplace will see multiple feature upgrades. Additionally, UniSat Inscribe will streamline on-chain collection inscriptions, and the updated API will support new features like zero-fee transactions and querying new on-chain data.
