Token issuance and governance platform Umia raised $6.11 million through a seven-day UMIA token auction, selling 34.6% of its total supply at a fully diluted valuation of $18 million. Institutional investors accounted for approximately 45% of subscription funds, with participation from Galaxy Ventures, DCG, Draper Associates, and nine other funds alongside nearly 700 individual bidders.
Umia provides legal structures, on-chain auctions, and governance tools for crypto projects. The platform's first external project, Slop.cash, is scheduled to launch in Q4 2026.
