The UK Foreign Office has imposed new sanctions on multiple cryptocurrency platforms linked to Russia, citing their alleged role in facilitating sanctions evasion. The targeted entities include Xeltox Enterprises, operator of Cryptomus, Heleket, and Certa Payments; Kyrgyz exchange TokenSpot; payment platform Processing KG; and Tsunami Payments.
Two of the sanctioned platforms were identified as having processed transactions involving the A7A5 network. The measures are part of a broader enforcement effort to close financial channels that may enable Russia to bypass international restrictions through digital asset services.
