The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has obtained a court order requiring two individuals involved in a fake crypto investment scam to jointly repay £851,402. The regulator plans to return the recovered funds directly to victims of the fraudulent scheme.
At least 65 investors lost a combined £1.54 million in the scam. The amount secured through this court order represents approximately half of the total losses suffered by victims.
