Turing Quantum founder Jin Xianmin launched TuringQ Gen3, described as the world's first cabinet-based, chip-level scalable photonic quantum computer, at the 2026 Pujiang Innovation Forum on September 12. TuringQ Gen3 uses a high-speed programmable thin-film lithium niobate photonic quantum chip and integrates core modules including quantum light sources, programmable photonic quantum processing, single-photon detection, and quantum-classical heterogeneous computing. The system supports expansion to 10,000-photon-level single-chip computing and million-mode computing resources, enabling chip-level quantum advantage verification and exploration in AI areas such as world models. Turing Quantum recently registered for listed-company tutoring as it prepares for a planned A-share IPO, with Guotai Haitong serving as the tutoring institution.
