The funding, which closed in March, also saw participation from Susquehanna Crypto and Digital Currency Group. The investment was structured as a Simple Agreement for Future Equity with token warrants.
Based in Hong Kong, TurboFlow aims to establish itself as a leading prediction market platform in the Asia-Pacific region. The platform, which has been in beta for over six months, boasts over 15,000 registered users and a cumulative trading volume exceeding $19 billion. TurboFlow is focused on localization and regional presence to address gaps in prediction markets across Asia. The company is also developing a compliance framework to navigate regulatory challenges, according to founder Tony He.
