TransCrypts, a blockchain-based digital identity platform, has raised $15 million in a seed funding round led by Pantera Capital. The funding round also saw participation from Lightspeed Faction, Alpha Edison, Motley Fool Ventures, California Innovation Fund, and several angel investors.
