Toncoin has announced the permanent closure of its cross-chain bridge, TON Bridge-v3, on September 1, 2026. Users are urged to check their wallets and withdraw any unclaimed or unrecovered assets before this deadline. During the transition period, all cross-chain transaction fees have been waived.
Users holding Wrapped TON on Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain must bridge it back to the TON network, while those with j-tokens like jUSDT, jUSDC, jDAI, or jWBTC should return them to the Ethereum network. All submitted transfers have been processed, and on-chain transaction fees for executed but unclaimed transfers have been covered by the system. The bridge oracle will exit staking in June 2026 but will continue operations until the final shutdown. Users must complete asset migrations before the deadline to maintain cross-chain functionality.
