Tom Lee, co-founder of Fundstrat and president of BitMine, has projected significant price increases for Bitcoin and Ethereum. Speaking at the TOKEN2049 conference in Singapore, Lee suggested Bitcoin could reach $140,000 in the short term if it captures 10% of gold's market value. He also speculated that Bitcoin's price could soar to $2.2 million if it matches or surpasses gold's value.
For Ethereum, Lee predicted a potential price of $22,000, contingent on the ETH/BTC ratio reaching 0.087 and Bitcoin hitting $250,000 by the end of the year. He also provided a broader year-end range for Bitcoin at $200,000–$250,000 and for Ethereum at $10,000–$12,000. BitMine has recently increased its Ethereum holdings to over 2% of the total supply.
Tom Lee Forecasts Bitcoin at $140,000 and Ethereum at $22,000
