Tianji Holdings has announced plans to invest HK$10 million in sports-related intellectual property projects, integrating Web3 and AI technologies. According to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, the company aims to raise approximately HK$60 million through share subscription and warrant issuance, with 16.6% allocated to these projects. The investment will focus on developing and promoting physical and digital IP products related to La Liga clubs, utilizing blockchain to create unique digital identities and AI for enhanced interactivity.
