The company issued 1,898,201 ordinary shares at around £1.93 each, expecting to receive 97% of the net proceeds this week. While the official announcement did not disclose the use of funds, sources indicate a possible allocation towards purchasing Bitcoin. The subscription period ran from August 11th to 22nd, with plans for a new agreement to cover the remaining 2,591,799 shares.
