The purchase increases the company's total Bitcoin treasury to 2,830 BTC with a net average cost basis of £81,979. Proceeds from a recent preferred stock financing were also allocated to reduce the company's Coinbase credit facility. The outstanding loan balance will decrease from approximately £17 million to £16 million as part of the debt repayment strategy.
