Thailand opened its TH-AI Passport platform to registered users at 9:00 local time on August 31, offering free Pro-level access to 33 AI models from 14 service providers. The program is designed to cover 5 million eligible users and supports use cases including image generation, video creation, music production, deep research, programming, and website building.
The launch comes as Thailand's Electronic Transactions Development Agency seeks public comments on the country's first dedicated draft Artificial Intelligence Act. Industry estimates value Thailand's AI market at about 50 billion baht, with more than 40 billion baht tied to overseas technology.
