Tether's QVAC team has announced its inaugural AI hackathon, offering a total prize pool of $21,000. Participants are invited to develop edge AI applications using the open-source @qvac/sdk, which supports on-device inference without the need for cloud infrastructure. The competition includes four tracks, each with cash prizes, and an overall grand prize. Submissions will be accepted from June 1 to June 22, with winners announced on July 3.
