Jack Mallers, who served as CEO of both Twenty One Capital and Strike, has resigned from his position at Twenty One Capital. Raphael Zagury, CEO of Elektron Energy, will take over as CEO of Twenty One Capital. The merger, which was to be supported by Tether, aimed to integrate the businesses of the three companies. With the deal now terminated, Zagury will manage the business lines of Twenty One Capital.
