Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino announced the launch of The Resilience Stack at the Bitcoin 2026 conference, integrating several key technologies to aid individuals without access to basic financial and communication services. This includes Tether's peer-to-peer protocol Holepunch, the decentralized app Keet, the open-source wallet toolkit WDK, and the local AI platform QVAC. Ardoino committed to making Keet open-source, with documentation and modules in preparation. In conjunction with this announcement, Tether has introduced a Bitcoin faucet. Users can claim a small amount of Bitcoin via the Lightning Network by downloading the Tether Wallet app and following instructions on Tether's Twitter account.
