The company's asset reserves reached a record high of $82.32 billion as of March 31, 2026, despite global market volatility. Tether's total assets amounted to approximately $191.768 billion, with liabilities related to digital token issuance at $183.438 billion. The company's asset reserves are primarily composed of highly liquid, high-quality assets, including $141 billion in U.S. Treasuries, making Tether the 17th largest holder of these securities globally. Additionally, Tether holds $20 billion in physical gold and $7 billion in Bitcoin, with continued accumulation of BTC during the first quarter. The circulating supply of USDT remains stable at around $183 billion.
