Tether, Pave Bank, and the Global Financial & Technology Network (GFTN) have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore the "Georgia-Singapore Fintech Scholarship Program." Starting in 2027, the initiative will select STEM undergraduates from Tbilisi State University to study for one semester at Singapore Management University, participating in industry exchanges, mentorship, and fintech projects aimed at strengthening ties between Georgian and Southeast Asian fintech ecosystems. Students completing the program may receive internship opportunities from partner organizations and gain access to GFTN’s global Knowledge Circle network. The scholarship focuses on cultivating next-generation fintech talent through cross-border academic and professional development.
