Rayls is designed to connect Traditional Finance (TradFi) with public DeFi markets through a compliant, privacy-preserving infrastructure. This investment aims to accelerate institutional adoption of USDT and enhance the integration between TradFi and DeFi, with a particular focus on expanding these efforts across Latin America.
