TeraWulf has signed a credit support agreement with Google to facilitate financing for its Justified data center campus in Hawesville, Kentucky. The project is backed by an approximately $19 billion long-term lease commitment from Anthropic.
Google will provide contractual credit support for the expected debt financing, leveraging Alphabet’s senior unsecured debt ratings of AA+ by S&P and Aa2 by Moody’s. Construction is scheduled to begin phased delivery in late 2027, continuing through Q2 2028.
The agreement aims to refine TeraWulf’s project financing framework and strengthen construction execution, enabling the conversion of long-term AI and high-performance computing (HPC) lease demand into sustained cash flow.
