TeraWulf has announced a 25-year joint venture with AI cloud provider Fluidstack to develop a 168-megawatt data center in Texas, projected to generate $9.5 billion in contract revenue. TeraWulf will hold a 51% stake in the venture, which aims to manage AI workloads at a cost of $8–10 million per megawatt. Operations are expected to commence in 2026. Google will contribute $1.3 billion in lease support, enhancing its previous $3.7 billion partnership with TeraWulf in New York. This initiative will expand TeraWulf's high-performance computing platform capacity to over 510 megawatts, with plans to increase by 250–500 megawatts annually.
