Tencent has launched the public beta of its AI design platform, Ardot, which integrates with external IDEs via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Ardot transforms AI-generated design mockups into structured data, supporting batch generation and modification of vector interfaces using natural language. It also allows direct import of Figma files and ensures AI-generated visuals adhere to team design standards through integration with enterprise-private component libraries.
The platform facilitates seamless handoff by enabling design assets to be read by development tools like CodeBuddy and Claude Code via MCP, allowing developers to generate frontend code with a single click. Ardot offers an initial credit allocation of 1,000 credits and features a real-time collaborative review function.
