Tencent Hunyuan has launched Hy-Memory, a memory plugin designed for Openclaw-type long-term collaborative agents, enhancing their capability as a "second brain." The plugin utilizes a six-layer memory framework combined with a System1/System2 dual-system and a three-tier evolutionary strategy. This allows agents to "remember accurately, remember efficiently, remember lightly, and understand better" over time. Hy-Memory significantly outperforms existing memory frameworks on public benchmarks, addressing memory fragmentation with over 70% fewer entries and achieving more than 45% higher information density per memory item. It also reduces token consumption by 35% and speeds up memory updates by 20%, optimizing long-context processing for AI agents.
