Tencent Cloud has achieved a record number of daily deployments for its Lighthouse application server, following a free on-campus deployment event for the open-source AI assistant OpenClaw. The event, held at Tencent's campus entrance, offered free installation, model configuration, and integration services, attracting a diverse crowd. Hundreds of OpenClaw instances were deployed within hours, marking the highest single-day deployment volume for Lighthouse since its launch.
In conjunction with the event, Tencent introduced several new services for OpenClaw. The Agent Development Platform (ADP) now offers an enterprise-grade deployment solution with enhanced permission management and security review. Additionally, cloud desktops have been updated to include pre-installed OpenClaw environments compatible with Linux, Windows, and cloud phones. Tencent Computer Manager 18.0 has also launched an "AI Security Sandbox" for system-level isolation and monitoring, currently in closed beta.
