Temporal, a crypto research and development firm, has been identified as the creator of HumidiFi, a dark exchange that has significantly influenced trading on the Solana blockchain. Anonymous sources within the Solana developer community revealed that HumidiFi has managed approximately one-third of all Solana trading in the past month. Temporal's founder, Ben Coverston, did not deny the firm's involvement but declined to comment further. The news coincides with HumidiFi's plans to launch a new token, WET, on Decentralised Token Formation, a platform by Jupiter, a Solana exchange aggregator. Dark Automated Market Makers (AMMs) like HumidiFi have been responsible for about 70% of Solana's trading volume over the past month, according to Blockworks Research.
