The award's second round will feature 25 expert judges, including developers and key opinion leaders (KOLs). The final rankings will be determined by a combination of 70% expert scores and 30% community votes. Winners are set to be announced on January 1. This year, a blockchain upgrade in the judging criteria has been implemented to enhance the selection process.
