Acton is designed as a one-stop command-line interface built around Tolk, aiming to replace the previously fragmented development ecosystem. Durov claims that this new toolchain will increase development speed on the TON network by tenfold. Additionally, Acton's architecture is described as "AI-ready," facilitating easier construction and verification of smart contracts through AI.
