British AI video generation company Synthesia has raised $200 million in a new funding round led by Google Ventures, bringing its valuation to $4 billion. Nvidia is also expected to participate in this round. Previously, Synthesia raised $280 million with contributions from Nvidia and Adobe. Founded in 2017, Synthesia specializes in AI-generated avatars for business applications such as marketing and employee training. The platform is currently utilized by 60,000 businesses worldwide.
