Strive CEO Matt Cole said the company could become the world’s second-largest publicly listed Bitcoin holder by the end of 2026 after adding 3,156 BTC in August. Strive now holds 23,156 BTC, ranking fifth among listed companies, and would need to surpass Twenty One Capital’s 43,514 BTC to move into second place. Cole said more than $700 million in warrants expire in mid-October, and if Strive’s stock rises above the $27 exercise price, the company could unlock hundreds of millions of dollars for additional Bitcoin purchases. Combined with $700 million in digital credit capacity, Strive’s total potential buying power could reach $1.4 billion. Shares hit an intraday high of $26.84 on Thursday, less than 1% below the exercise price, while ASST has outperformed the average of the top 10 listed Bitcoin treasury companies by 82% this year.
