Strive has launched the T-Strive Digital Credit Preferred Income ETF, an actively managed fund investing at least 80% of assets in preferred shares and derivatives issued by Bitcoin treasury companies. The ETF targets current income through the preferred share layer of corporate capital structures without holding Bitcoin directly.
Initial allocations will be split roughly equally between Strategy's variable-rate Series A perpetual Stretch preferred stock (STRC) and Strive's own variable-rate Series A perpetual preferred stock (SATA). Weightings will be dynamically adjusted based on yield, valuation, liquidity, and financing conditions. The fund may tactically employ leverage via total return swaps and put options when preferred shares trade below par value.
