Stripe's stablecoin payment platform, Bridge, has secured a crypto asset service provider license and an electronic money institution license under the MiCA framework in Luxembourg. This dual licensing allows Bridge to operate across all 27 EU member states. Previously, Bridge facilitated fund transfers between stablecoins and euros for businesses and developers. With these new licenses, Bridge is set to expand its stablecoin services within the European market.
