Strategy shareholders have agreed to withdraw a derivative lawsuit against the company's current and former directors and executives, according to Bloomberg. The lawsuit accused the management of downplaying the impact of changes in accounting standards on the company's Bitcoin holdings. U.S. District Judge Anthony J. Trenga in Virginia has signed the dismissal agreement, although shareholders retain the right to refile the lawsuit in the future. Previously, similar allegations against Strategy and its executive chairman had also been dismissed.
