Stellar's Bell upgrade has added post-quantum smart-contract verification checks to its testnet, enabling custom accounts to opt in to post-quantum authorization protocols. Mainnet activation of the feature is contingent on a validator vote scheduled for November 23, which will determine whether the post-quantum safeguards go live across the Stellar network.
