Sorare, the Web3 fantasy sports platform, has announced its migration from StarkEx to Solana to enhance transaction speed and cost efficiency. Starting in October, ETH balances will be moved to Base, Coinbase's Ethereum Layer 2, with all Sorare cards transitioning to Solana NFTs by the end of the month. These cards will maintain their rarity, numbering, season, XP, and metadata. Payments and rewards will support both ETH and Solana, and users can upload to the Ethereum mainnet before the migration. Cards retrieved externally must be bridged back to Solana for trading on Sorare.
Additionally, Sorare is exploring collaborations with external communities and considering the future launch of a Sorare token, as stated in their official blog.
