Solayer Pay has introduced a physical Visa debit card, enabling users to spend USDC at merchants and withdraw cash from ATMs globally. Launched on May 14, the card connects directly to a user's Solayer Pay balance, utilizing Solayer's infiniSVM network for on-chain transaction settlements. Existing account holders receive the card for free, while new users must pay a $20 annual activation fee.
This development follows Solayer Pay's virtual Emerald Card, which launched in April 2025 and integrated with Apple Pay and Google Pay, reaching 40,000 users in over 100 countries. The physical card launch coincides with the rapid expansion of stablecoin payment systems, as Visa and Stripe's Bridge program aims to extend its reach to over 100 countries by year-end. Solayer's infiniSVM network supports high-throughput transactions, enhancing the efficiency of USDC payments.
