Societe Generale-FORGE, the crypto arm of Société Générale, has successfully deployed its euro-denominated stablecoin, EUR CoinVertible (EURCV), on the Stellar network. This move completes the company's multi-chain expansion strategy, initially announced in 2025. EURCV, which launched on Ethereum in April 2023, has since expanded to Solana and the XRP Ledger, boasting a market capitalization of approximately $45.2 million. The stablecoin has been actively involved in trials of tokenized financial assets, including a notable tokenized bond exchange and settlement pilot conducted by SWIFT in January. This expansion to Stellar marks a significant step in Societe Generale-FORGE's efforts to enhance the interoperability and reach of its digital currency offerings.
